The EuroSoTL Network

Our mission is to advance the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) across Europe by fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and collaboration among educators and leaders in Higher Education. We aim to engage educators and leaders from all European countries, recognizing and valuing the unique contributions of each participant. By raising awareness and increasing the practice of SoTL, we seek to inspire more educators, leaders and institutions to embrace its principles.

Central to our mission is the creation of a vibrant support network, providing meaningful mentoring opportunities and fostering dynamic discussions. These interactions serve as a foundation for educators and leaders to share insights, learn from one another, and continuously improve teaching practices. Through this collaborative environment, SoTL not only enhances student learning outcomes and experiences but also empowers educators to find greater fulfillment, reward, and joy in their teaching.
