{"id":2185,"date":"2026-03-24T08:09:06","date_gmt":"2026-03-24T07:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurosotl.org\/?p=2185"},"modified":"2026-03-24T08:10:00","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T07:10:00","slug":"revisiting-eurosotl-2025-two-podcast-conversations-to-carry-us-towards-london-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurosotl.org\/?p=2185","title":{"rendered":"Revisiting EuroSoTL 2025: Two podcast conversations to carry us towards London 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With <strong>EuroSoTL 2027 now officially announced for 8\u201311 June 2027 at the University of Westminster in London<\/strong>, this is a wonderful moment to revisit some of the conversations that we had at the <strong>EuroSoTL 2025 in Groningen<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the conference, <strong>two Degrees of Freedom podcast episodes<\/strong> were recorded on site by <strong>Tassos Sarampalis<\/strong>, offering a thoughtful glimpse into both the spirit of the event and the wider EuroSoTL community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In one episode, <strong>Irma Meijerman<\/strong>, PhD, SFHEA (Chair of EuroSoTL) reflects on what SoTL looks like in <strong>everyday teaching practice<\/strong>. She speaks about the importance of beginning with context and of creating space for connection, exchange, and shared inquiry across our diverse community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the second episode, keynote speaker <strong>Helga Dorner<\/strong> explores SoTL as a way of seeing the <strong>classroom<\/strong> <strong>as a site for inquiry, reflection, and professional growth<\/strong>.
